Tesia Brown grew up in a Waldorf community in Central British Columbia, and attended the Kelowna Waldorf School. Following high school and a year of travel Tesia attended The American Eurythmy School in Northern California, completing her training in 2009. After two years of teaching and travel Tesia returned to school and completed a BA in Theater at Acadia University, as well as her Waldorf Teacher Training at Antioch University, New England. While in school she continued to teach blocks at both the Kelowna Waldorf School and the South Shore Waldorf School. She became the founding teacher in a small Waldorf middle/high school initiative in rural Nova Scotia where she taught for two years. Her and her husband Danny made the great trek across the continent last August to join the Wasatch Charter School community. Tesia is looking forward to class teaching once more and feels very blessed to have the opportunity to work with such wonderful children.
